Dr Lysandra Katelaris is an adult neurologist and diagnostic neurophysiologist who offers a patient-centred, holistic approach to neurological care. Her practice is grounded in neurophysiology and driven by a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based medicine. Lysandra has particular expertise in nerve conduction studies, EMG, multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology, as well as tailored migraine management including targeted Botox therapy.
With advanced qualifications and experience in clinical medicine, Lysandra combines technical precision with genuine empathy. Her thorough nerve conduction and EMG assessments directly inform management plans, while her individualised treatments focus on improving quality of life by identifying the root cause of symptoms. Lysandra’s approach to neurology is underpinned by years of diligence and leadership, including her work to grow and modernise Neurology Castle Hill. Recently we have introduced ambulatory EEG including the use of the Okti system which is used at Royal Melbourne Hospital, further guiding diagnostic accuracy for a number of patients in the region already.
